The Ask

  • MUWA NISEKO is a resort hotel opened by Hanwha, one of South Korea’s largest conglomerates, in Niseko, a world-renowned ski destination.
    For its launch, the development of brand strategy, brand storytelling, and launch communications was required.

Challenge

  • In Niseko’s highly competitive resort landscape, the hotel needed to establish a distinctive and ownable position by leveraging its prime ski-in, ski-out location at the base of the slopes

Strategy

  • The hotel’s value, offering a deep harmony with the four seasons for both body and mind, was defined as a luxury wellness resort, and translated into its brand story and messaging.

  • 四季との調和を体と心で味わえるホテルの価値をラグジュアリーウェルネスリゾートと設定し、ブランドストーリーやメッセージへと落とし込んだ
